We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Mechanic to join our team and help us revolutionize the EV charging landscape.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Engine Mechanic / Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair CNG/LNG-powered engines mounted on trailers that supply energy to electric vehicle (EV) charging units. The ideal candidate will have previous hands-on experience working on diesel / CNG engines and a moderate understanding of electrical systems. This position plays a key role in supporting our mobile EV charging infrastructure by ensuring our trailer-mounted power units are always operational and safe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on trailer-mounted CNG engines and generator systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues related to engine performance and power delivery.
- Conduct routine inspections of engines, fuel systems, cooling systems, exhaust systems, and related components.
- Assist in maintaining and inspecting the electrical interface between the engine/generator and the EV chargers.
- Work with the operations team to support engine readiness and rapid deployment of trailers.
- Maintain detailed service logs and inspection reports utilizing fleet maintenance software.
- Respond to field service calls and emergency repairs when needed.
- Assist with installation and setup of new trailer units as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with engines is required.
- Working knowledge of trailer-mounted power units or generator systems is preferred.
- Moderate understanding of electrical systems, including wiring, grounding, and safety protocols.
- Ability to interpret engine manuals, wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting guides.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in field conditions and adapt to changing environments.
- Ability to travel up to 100%
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or training in diesel engine repair or generator maintenance.
- Familiarity with EV charging systems or mobile power distribution is a plus.
- Experience with safety protocols and environmental compliance standards
- Basic computer skills for logging maintenance data and diagnostics.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working outdoors, in tight spaces, or under trailers as needed.
- Able to stand, kneel, or crouch for extended periods.

Field Service Technician

We're seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team and ensure the optimal performance of our electric vehicle charging equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and Maintenance: Install and maintain L-Charge equipment at customer locations, ensuring proper functionality and safety.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve equipment issues promptly and effectively, minimizing downtime for our customers.
- Customer Training: Educate customers on the proper operation and maintenance of their L-Charge equipment.
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain detailed service records, diagrams, and manuals.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures while operating vehicles and machinery.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with field service representatives and other team members to address customer concerns and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Scheduling and Reporting: Utilize scheduling software to manage your workload and generate accurate service reports.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field service and repairs, preferably in the clean energy or high-voltage equipment sector.
- Proven experience in technical competency and a team player.
- Strong understanding of high voltage electronics, electrical schematics, and power electronics troubleshooting.
- Experience with PLC programming, specifically Schneider PLC (current state) a plus.
- Familiarity with remote login systems and firmware updates.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively (75% -90%).
- Passion for sustainability and the development of clean energy solutions.
- Ability to lift upwards of 40lbs
- Ability to work outdoors across all four seasons

Position Overview
L-Charge is seeking a highly organized and hands-on Operations Associate to support daily warehouse and logistics operations at our Corona, California facility. This role is responsible for coordinating inventory, supporting field deployments, maintaining operational readiness of equipment and parts, and helping ensure efficient execution across warehouse and field operations.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, comfortable in fast-paced startup environments, and enjoys solving operational problems. This is a highly collaborative role working closely with operations leadership, technicians, vendors, and field teams.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse & Inventory Operations
- Manage day-to-day warehouse organization, cleanliness, and operational readiness
- Receive, inspect, label, and track incoming shipments, equipment, tools, and parts
- Maintain accurate inventory records across chargers, generators, consumables, and spare parts
- Coordinate inventory counts and assist with inventory forecasting and replenishment
- Support implementation and adherence to warehouse SOPs and safety procedures
Logistics & Deployment Support
- Coordinate equipment preparation and staging for field deployments
- Schedule and track inbound and outbound shipments with vendors and freight providers
- Assist with fleet and equipment movement between operating sites
- Support field teams with parts fulfillment, troubleshooting logistics issues, and deployment readiness
Operational Coordination
- Maintain operational trackers, maintenance logs, and service documentation
- Assist leadership with vendor coordination, purchase tracking, and operational reporting
- Help improve workflows and identify opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce downtime
- Support cross-functional operational projects as the company scales
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure warehouse operations comply with company safety standards and procedures
- Maintain organized storage of tools, batteries, electrical components, and equipment
- Report operational or safety concerns proactively
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, field operations, or operations coordination
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup or industrial environment with a dispersed team
- Self-starter, able to operate without day to day supervision
- Ability to lift and move equipment/materials as needed
- Experience with inventory systems, spreadsheets, or asset tracking software, like Fleetio, preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting construction, energy, EV charging, fleet, or industrial operations
- Familiarity with warehouse safety practices and equipment handling
- Experience coordinating vendors, freight, or field service logistics
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification

Work Environment
This is a fully onsite role based in Corona, California. The position involves regular warehouse activity, equipment handling, and coordination with field operations teams across multiple sites.
